The Rebirth of Camden Foundation (ROCF) in Camden City, NJ was founded in 2012 by two Camden natives, Tyheem Baker and Jrue Neal. Ty and Jrue recognized that young people in Camden lacked opportunities for safe places to play, learn and grow. They formed a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that would enable them to raise funds for programs that would benefit Camden’s children.
